Just SDA Management is a unique Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) Provider within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that operates nationally. 

Our approach is research led and draws upon best practice models in the industry, something unique to the sector. By driving best practice and co-designed approaches with clients, participants and stakeholders we hope to improve the quality and standards of the sector through ethical, inclusive and transparent methods. 

We provide our clients with the expert guidance and sector knowledge for SDA projects nationally from their inception to completion and ongoing management in a transparent, effective and inclusive way.


Just SDA Management have been involved within the Disability Sector for almost 30 years. They have specifically entered the SDA sector to raise the quality standards and best practices to support participants within the NDIS SDA scheme and the investors, developers and property owners entering the sector.

Justin leads our team as an experienced senior leader, innovator, project manager and business builder. He is passionate about championing the rights of people with disability and has been involved in supporting the sector for over 30 years, and involved with Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) since 2019.

His international experience spans multiple sectors including property, construction, project and property management, banking and finance and has  worked in both the Social Impact and Not-for-profit sector.

His international commercial experience and business acumen are further validated with a Master's in Business Administration (MBA) with Distinction at Queensland University of Technology (QUT).

The focus of Justin's Master's Thesis was on creating pathways for people with disability to purchase and own their own home, a luxury few are able to enjoy and a project he is passionate about implementing.

Justin is an active member of the disability community and advocator for change. He believes strongly in giving back to community and others and has been volunteering since he was 11 years of age.

Justin currently serves on the board for several social impact organisations that support and champion Australians facing barriers to their lives be it employment, access to rights and services or removing barriers to them living an independent life.

Justin is also an ambassador for EPIC Assist a disability employment service provider, Faculty advisor to QUT for ENACTUS Australia and mentor in the QUT Entrepreneur incubator The Foundry.

Justin has recently been invited to share his knowledge, skills and experience as a Sessional Acadmic at QUT where he lectures on Social Impact, Social enterprise, Entrepreneurship and Co-design. Through these channels he will continue to champion the rights of people with disability and the Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) sector.

Just SDA Management have a simple and transparent fee structure for the NDIS SDA provider and property management services we offer to provide peace of mind without the worry of any hidden costs.


By engaging Just SDA Management to manage and support your SDA property portfolio, we charge a competitive fee of 10% (+GST) SDA service provider and property services fee for all collected incomes for your SDA property.


This fee includes:

  • Ongoing client support & management of property portfolio

  • Registration, enrolment and processing of payments via NDIS

  • NDIS Quality & Safeguard commission audit, compliance & safety requirements.

  • Property inspections, tenant & carer support & management

  • Stakeholder management, complaint & conflict resolution services

  • Property portfolio marketing, advertising & property inspections

  • NDIS SDA property registration & attestation on PRODA portal

  • Tenant onboarding, induction and rule book establishment

  • Tender, EOI and MOU management for care providers

  • Tenancy documentation including bond registration

  • Property maintenance, modifications & repair coordination
